How Click & Collect Works

1. Place Your Order

Shop online and you will be shown all available collection, and delivery, options for the address you enter when you are at the checkout.


Place your order over the phone with the store that suits you.

2. Notification

You will then receive an email or SMS to confirm that your order is ready for collection.

This may take up 1-2 business days due to stock availability.

3. Collection

Call your store when you arrive for contactless collection.


Click & Collect is a shopping method whereby a customer can shop online at or over the phone and collect their order from a local store

You will be shown all available delivery and collection options for the address you enter when you are at the checkout. Each order after that will remember the delivery or Click and Collect location from your last order, but can be changed as you go through the checkout.

Your order will be available within 2 business days unless contacted otherwise.

If you wish for same day collection please call your preferred store to check that all your items are in stock. If items are in stock you should be able to collect that day. 

Yes, customers will receive an email or SMS to confirm that their orders are ready for collection. 

On occasion, an item in-store may be damaged or missing and we will only find out when we pick your order. If there is no stock available after placing your order, you will receive a notification via email or SMS.

The options that could be provided to the customer include:

  • Picking a provided alternative
  • Waiting for the stock
  • Receiving a refund for the specific item
  • Cancelling the order
