How to use:
- Buff the nail and apply primer or cleanser.
- Apply a thin layer of base coat.
- Dip the nail into the powder and brush off any excess.
- Apply a second layer of base coat.
- Dip the nail into the powder again.
- Apply activator, buff the nail smooth, then apply activator again.
- After drying, apply top coat, after 10 seconds, apply top coat once again.
