How to use:

1. Buff the nail and apply primer or cleanser.
2. Apply a thin layer of base coat.
3. Dip the nail into the powder and brush off any excess.
4. Apply a second layer of base coat.
5. Dip the nail into the powder again.
6. Apply activator, buff the nail smooth, then apply activator again.
7. After drying, apply top coat, after 10 seconds, apply top coat once again.
